Article: N-Methyl-D-Aspartic Acid has zilch effect on test

This article is absolutely pointless. Do studies ON NMDA, not the product called NMDA, which was a complete bogus product.

Agreed. If they are going to claim NMDA does not directly affect testosterone, they should have performed the study with more control. A little disappointing.

Strange to see them use a product with a prop blend and not as you said just NMDA. Perhaps Muscle Warfare funded the study? While I personally do not like NMDA this study cannot really tell us one way or another if it actually works. For all we know the product has 1mg of it.

I feel in a supressed state such as entering PCT or age related decline it does help. For those who are churning out test already too bad so sad. At the end of the day if you are already cranking out test I don't feel too bad for you anyways lol. Of course no one making DAA is making these distinctions in their marketing. Personally if I had the coin a DAA based product targeted towards the aging populous would be on my to do list.

i used to take daa, always thought maybe it was giving me a little test boost because i would have an increase in libido, so i took 3g ed for 21 days and did bw before and after, and i got nothing from, i had an insignificant decrease in total test but my free test went from 5.5 to 2.6, so since then no daa for me.

Totally pointless. Well stated Josh! NMDA by muscle warfare is one product that contains a prop blend of NMDA. Pointless. I had bloods done personally on Iron Forged Nutrition Kingpin and had 300 total test increase on myself personally. Was this a game changer no but if you have low test that can be huge.
