Good stuff !!! I have apply that principle when doing back shoulders and legs ... stuff hurts but is all worth it!!!!
 
Def a good read.

Going to try a 25lb dumbbell and see if I can make it feel like it's 60lbs....
Use to pratice the feel, but that hasn't been a main focus as of late. I'll make sure I'll bring it back in.

Yep! ^^ this. 6 seconds on the way down is very interesting for squatting to say the least!
