Article: Movements For Mass

hmmm, i dont like the premise of this article. I love what Mike Mentzer used to say at the end of his speeches, Somebody is gonna come around bigger and stronger than me and going to tell you a different way to workout and your going to be inclined to listen to them, but in the end there is a right way and best way to workout. People can get huge if you take copious amounts of roids, eat a ton and work out hard, but its like i saw Kai Greene working out....now he is 5 times in better shape than me but he doesnt not know how to workout. I saw a video of him training w Dorian(someone who is smart and works out the right way) and it was entertaining to see how ignorant kai was of weight training...
 
I actually really enjoy this article. Coming from an athletic fitness background these movements are serious mass builders and have a specificity for almost every sport. There is a time to move it slow and ensure the pattern is correct to avoid injury and asymmetric but once proper form is accomplished heavier weight should be added. Most require alot of energy to perform successfully and should be done earlier in the workout.
