Good sh*t. I have to be careful gym ADD is to easy for me. I read to.much and am like OH MAN I NEED TO TRY THAT WORKOUT!!! lol
 
Out of ignorance I was hoping for some clarification as to why "they are more metabolically demanding so they are key to getting lean and they release more body composition-improving hormones than isolation moves", when you are comparing compound muscle utilizing exercises vs iso.

I see so many guys walking in and right away pick up the dumbbells or Ez bar for curls ..wtf?? i am a girl getting ready to squat and not 95 lbs depending on my training phase double or more my body weight... ?? I conquer with this read well said for all the chicken legs out there and no big back guys!!
By the way i weight 140 lbs do the math!!! and is for 8 -10 reps
