I completely stopped reading after #6so much hate for bodypart splits, yeah they totally suck right? tell that to arnold, haney and every other bodybuilder ever. what exercises do you supposedly miss out on again? And how come everyone criticizing "bro splits" is always a puny little weakling?
The 3 hour thinking is connected to protein synthesis. 3 hours after you eat a meal, protein synthesis slows down/stops...but that dsnt mean you waste away like she claimsI always thought most of the larger bodybuilders got their starts building a foundation using the big compound lifts before moving on to splits. With that said. Number one only addresses one segment of the population. What about the lifters with too much body fat already? What study shows your body decides to eat itself after 3 hours of not eating? I was pretty sure this was an old way of thinking in itself.
