Lulz. These stats have got to be bull****. Couldn't even read the rest of it cuz so much bull****.

Each glass of milk a day increases a woman's chance of dying by 15%....... LMFAO
So, drink 6.67 glasses of milk and your chance of dying is 100%.
Suicide by milk consumption?

They meant during the period of the study. Of course everyone dies. Probably bad translation or something.

Plus I watched a youtube video of a lecture a few years back and the speaker said that Calcium in milk does not help the human body get stronger bones but rather made them weaker.
I have stayed away from milk for a few years now and got my lactose intolerance back so I will stay away from it forever.

Gomad much? The logic behind it still annoys me.
 
High dairy diet, never broke a bone crew checking in.

This article and the study miss the point completly. Milk protein/fat and chlorestrol is the problem not to mention the hormones naturally in the milk. Milk consumption increases igf 1 which causes age(ing). Done
 
Milk is artificially fortified with vitamin D. Makes one wonder if a couple hundred billion dollar industry knows something we don't.
 
They never explain why galactose affects women differently than men, despite our digestion being the same. This reads like udder bull****.
 
Not really. Simple sugars are really bad for you actually. If you think otherwise you need some nutrition education
