I agree with nearly everything in this article. Very well done! Emphasize smart programming around heavy compound lifts and lots of protein. Doing everything mentioned in this article will not guarantee results but NOT doing these things will guarantee you will NOT see optimal RESULTS. This is simply all you need to know in order to start making gains. Bravo
 
I don't agree with his statement that more volume equals more results. That's absolute BS. Regardless, its still a cool program

I fast for 20/4, in 4 hours I get all my calories and proper macros... it's pretty easy actually so please don't tell ppl it's not impossible just VERY hard to get them in... nonsense bro.

wait... all you say is, "made a huge difference in body comp". the article is about BULKING. are you saying you've gained lean mass doing a 20/4 IF?! haha ok.

if you meant you lost weight and maintained lean mass well, then what you wrote is completely irrelevant. he never said IF sucks, he simply suggests that if you're IF then thats probably why you can't gain weight and/or muscle.... you know... the entire point of the article...

IF sucks.
More recent studies are showing that caloric intake spread throughout the day is far more effective than starving and binging (in case common sense isn't enough for some)
