how many mg’s a human would need of melatonin during a cut
Has anyone on the board done any further reading/research on this?
Would like to know how many mg’s a human would need to supplement of melatonin to achieve ones body to “stimulates the appearance of 'beige fat',”?
I’m not fat any more, not for a few years, but still not shredded, it sounds nice to use during a cut.
I don’t think using the recommended mg of melatonin as sleep aid would do the trick.
When I look at buying this in bulk one of the suppliers gives the below warning.
As with any supplement there is a “potential for TOXICITY reactions”.
Any members have any thoughts or can point to other articles?
Details
Melatonin is a hormone synthesized in both plants and animals from the amino acid L-tryptophan. In mammals, such as humans, it is secreted by the pineal gland and modulates the body's sleep pattern. Melatonin production in the body is triggered by darkness and inhibited by light, helping the body manage its natural rhythm.
