My girlfriend must be eating a wonderful breakfast! I feed her my meat along with my nuts and she puts it all in her mouth and gobbles it down then i top it off with a squirt of protein ;D ===D O=

Great article - I eat Nuts, Meat and Veg. every morning but I buy 95g Hamburg patties - box says 21g of protein per patty, so I'm not sure if the typical hamburg is only 7.8g ? seems rather low but Vince is the man, so I'll take his word on it
