This is good stuff. Ive been doing breakfast with 5 eggs and a little less veg and ive added cheese cause i wasnt cutting. I just do whole eggs. I have been getting oats and dumping the can of oats out onto a cookie sheet and toasting them in the oven till golden. Then grinding them in a coffee maker to make them into an oat powder and storing them in an old protein tub. When i make smithies or post workout shake in a shaker i add the cooked oat powder and its awesome.
