Article: Knee Rehab

Would love to see this visually explained. I've been having these issues, and am looking for which specific area it is that I am weak it. Be it the glutes or hip flexors. A visual breakdown of your intuitive stretches would be most appreciated.

This is a fantastic article! Thanks!A few years ago I developed some painful patellar mistracking following an acute injury to my biceps femoris tendon. After getting absolutely zero help from my doctors and physical therapists ("do more leg extensions") for literally YEARS, I eventually found more online resources explaining the importance of the hip, ankle and foot. After 9 months filled with "glute activation" drills, ankle mobility drills, and foam rolling, I'm 90% back. I'm going to grab a lacrosse ball as you recommended... I have seen that mentioned (by Cressey and Robertson, who have been great resources as I sort this out) but hadn't gotten around to using it yet. It's a travesty that this stuff isn't common knowledge in the PT community at large. I know there are lots of other frustrated folks out there who believe there's nothing that can help them.
