I wonder what would happen if they were in a surplus? Would most of the weight gained be fat for the group with 5 hours of sleep?

I try to get a MINIMUM of 6 hours a night, I know it's a little low but I usually get around 7. I had to stop training before work at 0430 in the morning due to the fact I wasn't getting enough sleep, I have to be at work at 0645
