Article: Intermittent Fasting Health Benefits

I have been IF for quite some time now. I usually just make sure I cut myself off from food by 7 pm, I get up at 4am and workout in a fasted state, and don't eat until around 7am or so. Even though I am fasted, I seem to have great workouts and even do 40min of cardio with it. I still want to try whole day fasting at least one day a week though.
