Article: Increase Fat Oxidation

Up the protein and lower fats and/or carbs down a little. This is really just carb cycling right? I'm doing something similar to try a recomp this summer
 
Ya it is cycling, I actually go through a week or two period of tons of healthy fatty food then all of a sudden I don't want it for a few weeks, I always feel that the scale is going to read a huge diffence but after the bloat goes away I can tell I've cut a bit more everytime. My problem is sugar loaded items, I can't seem to loose the sweet tooth during the low fat week or two. Anyone have any suggestions
 
I know what you mean man, the sweet tooth cravings kill me. But I found a tablespoon of peanutbutter does the trick. Just gotta make sure you spread 3 tablespoons throughout the day, or you'll end up eating the whole jar haha.
 
Gratsi for the tip. Will be trying that and I get what u mean about overdoing it. Haha I could use a whole jar in one pb&j. And a whole gallon of milk to wash her down
