Incline d/b curls hit both heads effectively.
Guys don't like them because they're more difficult, so you can't lift as much weight.
You aren't going to be incline curling the 50's so you won't look as cool.
But if you care about building the best bi's, grab those 25's and start tearing those fibers apart
