They already make gluten-free noodles. And carbs aren't evil... I read the article but I still don't get it. This product is hilariously stupid. I suppose I'm not the target demographic.
PS - Vegans are beyond lame.. Though I did meet a vegan at the restaurant I work at who was a real sweetie.. She orders the shrimp pasta, without shrimp, which I thought was now a vegan dish (noodles, veggies, olive oil). She LOVED it! Later on I remembered that we use a butter-wine sauce in the pasta... Oops! I thought it was funny.
PSS - Vegans won't eat butter because they are lame.
