Article: I Ran Out Of Whey, Now What?

I've probably been through 50 5 pound tubs of Muscle Milk or more. I use it as a meal replacement because it has fructose (not too high carbs though), a matrix of fast and slow absorbing proteins and MCT's for energy and fat burning. A lot of people hate on MM, but it's been my staple for a few years and feel like it's really helped me stay lean and build muscle...
 
I'm almost always without a protein supplement just because it doesn't fit my budget most of the time so I throw a chicken breast in a zip lock bag and munch on that as I walk home from the gym
 
Here's an idea.. Costco.. Stock up haha. It's actually a decent protein and it usually goes on sale at least one a month. It's called Kaizen.
