I shop sales. Whatever meat is on sale I stock up and freeze. Ive probably got about 30lbs of boneless skinless and 15lb 90/10 in my deep freeze. On top of KC strip cuts.. Probably 5lbs of Cod. 10lbs shrimp. I like a variety of choices or else eating becomes hard and no fun.
