All so true! So many guys think they train hard because they lift heavy for a low number of reps yet they are the ones that look the same from year to year. I'm a bodybuilder not a power lifter!
 
I love it when someone first resorts to "name calling" of a training method, then says it has no scientific backing, then follows with a bunch of scientifically invalid statements, and has no references to any research for any of their statements against the method that has "no scientific backing".

The exact issue most people have with HIT is the fervor with which many proponents argued for its use...many HIT believers have called anyone who uses another training program "stupid" for doing what they do. This guy is equally as wrong.
