Does seem worth trying for a session
 
Interesting approach. Wondering how long the rest should typically be between sets and also between waves. I imagine doing warm ups, waves and drop sets at 80% for say squats, would mean a fairly long workout on the one lift. Interested to know if this could be incorporated for the squat, deadlift and bench in the same cycle or if thats asking for trouble...
