I could have told you this a long time ago, before my heavy lifts I always air guitar on my iPod to Metallica or some megadeath and those weights move like butter!
 
I lost my good headphones and it makes a big difference, someone needs to tell the gay dude at the front desk that slow jams are not conducive to a good workout. I need need me some horror core and gangsta rap

i dunno about you but Mr. New York himself, Billy Joel, helps me bust PRs all the time. I dont know about all this horror core and gangster rap.

No lie walked into the gym a few weeks ago to Olivia Newton John and John Travolta duet. Nothin like listening to grease while going a** to grass.
 
Interesting article but I'll stick to blasting through PR's while listening to Parkway Drive
