Just a tip for people who have trouble getting to REM sleep. Exercise it great for letting out excess stress and energy to give you that good nights rest. He making sure however that you are not working out 3 hour prior to rest. Forgot the exact reason for this but after testing this theory myself it was very hard for me to fall asleep. Also if cutting make sure you are eating your protein an hour before bed because it takes longer to digest then carbs and fats.
