Most ppl are mistakenly training for strength.well at least my friends are.
most people are just training to be healthy and feel good
 
most people also have no idea how to eat to grow. or lose fat.

I use the excuse that I can't afford to eat enough food to really grow! It's bloody expensive! I'm trying to work it out on the cheap though so fingers crossed this is my year! 36 now though so running out of time!

Seriously, in a respectful way, you probably dont know what ur talkin about. Steroids DO NOT replace genetics & work ethic. Those two things are essential at any competitive bb'ing level - amatuer and pro.

Exactly. You bust your ass whether you're on anabolics or not to put on size, your diet and self discipline is what gets you there. Just cause someone took anabolics to reach an unnatural size doesn't mean there was anything easy about. Heavier weight, stricter diet, more volume and sleep - your whole life becomes a strict schedule and set of protocols, all while spending blood sweat and tears throwing weights around. Ignorance is an ugly thing, makes people look pathetic. I have friends who cycle but eat like **** and never workout - they look out of shape and overweight, nothing flattering about. Just sides without the benefit.
