I personally think the whole sugar aspect being deemed "unhealthy" is a bit stupid since it really all depends on the balance of your diet. if all i'm eating is meat, veggies, and grains, i couldn't care less if when i eat yogurt it has a few grams of sugar. if it has the macros i want and meets my desired balance, i'm going to eat it.
people get way out of line with what's healthy and unhealthy when it really all depends on balance. i've been sucking down donuts after workouts a few days of the week and have been doing great. until my doctor says its a health risk or i'm a flabby slob i don't see any reason not to if i can fit them in effectively. if you want some Raspberry flavored Chibani... down it!
