Article: Getting The Perfect Lift

Boring article, who's the girl in the pic? Even if those are 25 lb plates she's still squatting at least 295, impressive.

Lots of useful tips here actually. Maybe you should write some articles Compudog?? Got lots of helpful knowledge to pass on in a non boring way?? If you've nothing positive to say, how about you don't say anything?! ;-)

"Your sit bones are your humeral heads, the bony protuberances you feel when you rest your butt in a hard chair. "

Your humerus is the long bone of your upper arm. Your "sit bones" would be your ischia.

Agree with bannosantoro. In my opinion, very good article, even for those who know this stuff. Boring, not really. It wasn't Dave-Tate-make-you-laugh-out-loud funny, but the again there is only 1 Dave Tate, isn't there? Boring to you? No need to say so. Same mentality as someone who points out the obese person at the gym and makes negative comments instead instead of saying 'good for them for giving it a go'. To much negativity in the world. Nobody needs it.

And he said humeral, not humerus. To be honest, not sure if there are humeral heads, but just in case you may have thought it read humerus, it didn't.

Actually, DanielRM is correct, bolt thrower. The tuberosity of the ischium is commonly referred to as the sit bones.
