My quads are much smaller than in the pic but I have a Hell of a time finding jeans that fit right. I'm guessing that dude lives in the squat rack and only owns shorts and sweat paints.....
Just to be clear, after squats, it says rest 60 seconds but it's supposed to be a superset? My understanding of super sets were back to back with minimal rest. In other words, squat and then right after hit lunges.
