Yes agreed with everything here. No genius on the subject but based on my own experience and experimentation all of this is truth.
Fasting or carb fasting during the day or just eating less and then more at night makes over eating difficult. Signed up for Kiefer's carb back-loading protocol and paid the $90 for the e -book. A lot of similar concepts here except for the amount of fats and the amount of junk carbs that Kiefer says you are able to eat. I have found that eating the amount of fat suggested by him was counter productive, makes sense fat has on average 2x the amount of calories as protein or carbs have -per gram by gram basis.
To be be fair Kiefer says you have to gauge and experiment with these amounts yourself but he sells his info based on the mantra of "eat sugary carbs" and that is not really true once you get further into his diet.
The "old" mantra here of calories in vs calories out is truth. Make it real food and you will find it hard to make 2K cals a day... well that may be on a personal basis. I find it extremely easy to eat all that and many more calories on a clean diet but agree that yes it makes it easier vs. eating processed foods.
overall best fat loss article i have read in a long time.
