Awesome article I have been stuck doing 5x5 on all my main lifts and every other weak mix it up heavy threes using either bands or chains. Sounds like adding a volume day or 2 might help jump start me again. Problem is there is no local meet to train for until August so keeping my bench around 325 is okay for the moment. I'm 50 and weigh 185lbs so I will still need to drop to 180 on my body weight and bring my bench back up to 350 to place well. Thanks for the advice
