Absolute rubbish article. All the time i was reading this, I couldn't help thinking "when are they going to mention climate change?", or as it used to be called "global warming". As for the Sushi analogy, Sashimi is raw fish, Sushi is not. And most of the Sushi sold in your local shop does not have raw fish in it.
