Article: Full Body Classic Bodybuilder Workouts

I find it more & more difficult to hit the gym in recent times and have started doing full body work-outs. I def enjoy then, find them quite difficult as-well.
 
I am a huge advocate if doing these for 1-3 weeks after an extended layoff from the gym. Its great for intensity and initial recovery!

That's what I do too. I start with FB, after two or three weeks, as volume and intensity go up, I find FB too hard and start a split. However I rarely break it up past upper body/legs.
