I am a high volume trainer and ever since I implemented FST-7 into my routine I noticed that I gained more size, definition and body fat decrease. I am a firm believer in FST-7.. Yes I'm sure there are other training philosophies out there that work but from trial and error since I was 15 I feel I finally found a training method that works great for me Nd for my goals.
Google: Hany Rambod FST7... He has a training video which explains in great detail with amature and pro bodybuilders. The DVD is called "FST7 Defined" ...if you google search you will find everything you need to know about the training. I have been doing it for a year but I change up which exercises I do my 7s for.
