I keep stretching only for the purpose of stay flexible Deep tissue massages and fascia work is what keeps the muscles growing allowing more nutrients to be available and takes care of the waste . Also keeps the joints healthy !!Hmmm that makes sense. I get massages to help with this, what else would you recommend?

The pain involved is what ive been reading and watching on youtube. The lady I go to is not trained in fascia stretching nor is anyone in her spa. She referred me to this old china man for it and accupunture?! I made my appointments for monday/thursday for next month. We will see how it goes. Hve you done accupunture before? The dr said part of my problem is lack of blood flow. Hell if I know.
