Only sticking point is the doc saying that high carb meals slow metabolism. Absolutely not true. Quite the opposite actually. That is just lack of preparation on his part to say that because a high carb meal of sweet potatoes isn't going to have the same effect as high carb/high fat meal of hot pockets. In 10 years, my side job of helping others get healthy will lilkely become my primary source of income because people gonna pay a fortune to have someone help them get there. Its sad really that most people in this situation are unwilling to take responsibility, learn a thing or two about metabolism and try something.
