So now we've gone from "no to saturated fat, yes to unsaturated fat" to "yes saturated, no to unsaturated".

Does anyone know what they are talking about these days? Is it possible that none of the experts really have a clue? It is starting to look that way.

Perhaps everything in moderation would be good.

That's the golden rule of life IMO.
 
It's been known for a while grass-fed saturated fats are superior to the SAD (standard American diet) of unhealthy polyunsaturated fats which destroy the balance of omega-6 to omega-3 ratio.

Although omega-6 can be anabolic compared to omega-3's, they create inflammation leading to a host of diseases and cancers
