So where does the benefit of extra sleep turn into diminishing returns? 10 hours, 12 hours, 20 hours??? If I sleep 16 hours will my t count rise 100%?

This is not the point.....

Anyway, first focus on quality and consistency (the same sleep schedule). If you can make the time for it in your life, then working on increasing that window.
