Stupid excuse every grocery store I've been in has chicken, frozen veggies, eggs, oats and rice. Stop making excuses for the lazy
 
Maybe there are some seriously messed up neighborhoods that I don't know about. But even Wal-Mart has a perfectly good array of healthy choices -- I've seen organic free-range chicken & grass fed beef at plus all the veggies (fresh & frozen) that one needs. Any other grocery store has even more options.

I mean, if the only store in a 10 mile radius around your neighborhood is a 7-11, then ok maybe this article has a point. Otherwise, you're just making excuses.

Closest store to me is 22 miles away.
Regardless I don't know where you live, but I've yet to see free range chicken/grass fed beef in me Walmart.
