This is my first comment on an Anabolic Minds article. Eat 3 meals a day, eat just before you train and eat after. What a pile of s**t. I eat one large meal on none training days and 2 big meals on training days with my post workout meal 2 hours after I finish training and I have never been leaner. So training days I fast between 20-24 hours and none training days o fast 16-18 hours. And I have done this for 2 years.
