Article: Easy Metabolism Boosters

This is my first comment on an Anabolic Minds article. Eat 3 meals a day, eat just before you train and eat after. What a pile of s**t. I eat one large meal on none training days and 2 big meals on training days with my post workout meal 2 hours after I finish training and I have never been leaner. So training days I fast between 20-24 hours and none training days o fast 16-18 hours. And I have done this for 2 years.

I would like to "fast" more also, one question though, how do you keep yourself from not being too hungry?! I'm hungry all the time, to the point I don't know what to do with myself, lol!
 
Just get use to it I guess. I drink lots of water which helps. I made a mistake, I meant I fast 16-18 on training days and 20-24 on none. If u give me your email I can send you w book.
