Makes sense. I work Bi's once a week with 3 exercises. I usually do a lighter warm-up and then three working sets depending on my current goals.

Everyone is different, but for me, I found that most of my growth in the arms is found in the triceps. I work those bad boys with 3 to 4 excercises once a week in the same fashion and they grow which equals bigger looking arms.....ladies love em'.

I'd never try to work Bis twice a week....too much on a small isolated muscle.
