Article: Don't Stop Static Stretching

Injury prevention by allowing for greater ROM vs. tight muscles alone makes static stretching important.

Never once have I ever static stretched before a workout. Its not that static stretching could really be that bad. the research points to warming up properly instead of stretching. You warm up doing the exercise your going to be doing. a proper warm-up = less chance for any injury. Stretching isnt warming up and if you stretch instead of warm up your going to get hurt. Poor article.
