Excellent Post.

I'm currently running the starting strength program and learning barbell lifts. I'm increasing poundage quickly so I've been trying to focus on technique, both in order to continue progression and also for safety.

This article clears up at least 3 things that I've been trying to correct:
1) Hand position
2) Elbow position
3) Forearm alignment.

Very useful stuff.
