Have to agree with this article. I've had some of my best chest days doing nothing by weighted dips. Differ weights, body positioning, and tempo for a routine that will ***** anything else you've done.
Anybody else have issues with shoulder pain when doing dips? Used to love doing weighted dips, but over the past year or so the pain has not allowed me to do anything other body weight. Sparingly at that.
