Article: Different Protein Sources

Any real world differences? Any differences notable between bioavailability? Oh they are all complete protein..? Oh, the leucine content is generally the same? ... And your body doesn't really care about absorption rate of protein unless intra workout in which you use bcaas?

...oh, ok. I would have preferred an article talking about all the different types of butterfly wings, at least then I'd have pretty things to look at.

Yes this article could have been produced by any supplement companies market dept. even though I don't think it was in this case.

It is a supplement company marketing department, the guy is a PhD at Prosource. BioQuest and NitroWhey are Prosource brands. The info doesn't look bad but they are saying their stuff is the best.

pure garbage. The last time I touched any bio products such as the proteins I stayed in the bathroom. I would never touch any product from them again.

Makes sense now that you point that out.

I guess when it comes down to the user end the only thing we care about is which ones are the best ones out there and what we expect to pay for them.
