Article: Cycling Cardio for Fat Loss

I lol @ the people in the gym who don't do cardio. They always have these huge stomachs from eating 6 times a day and think they're huge when there's really no difference between them and a fat guy.
 
So it says do your cardio in a fasted state.... Is this including hiit in a fasted state? I read doing hiit in a fasted state could contribute more to muscle loss due to how taxing it is. Thanks!
 
I don't do cardio. I super set exercises with very little rest, and eat what ever I like. You don't NEED cardio to be lean. You just need to be smart.

I do it completely fasted and doesn't hinder results. You could take aminos prior if u want.

I agree with that. Some people like to eat a lot and maybe cardio is the only way to have some calories deficit. I do 22h of IF so I am not in that group. If you do both I can assure you will drop fat like no one but its just a matter of preferences. I don't like cardio to be honest but sometimes it feels good but just for the sake of feeling your heart pumping nothing else.

I do IF but usually 16-20 hour fast. I still do cardio fasted but actually create too much of a deficit sometimes and hinder my results and make my physique worse!
 
i like cardio, especially cycling because it helps the overall toning of my body and also helps my body metabolism to be high. so i cycle for 20 minutes before my workout and 20 minutes after. It also helps my overall body endurance.
