Maybe I don't understand Arachadonic Acid but wouldn't this mean that creatine would work against it?

The question in my mind is whether or not we want muscle damage and soreness... I hear allot of support for both ideas. Time to do some more digging.

I was wondering when someone would respond.. I am pretty boggled by ArA and the more I read the more I'm confused.. tempted to just try it and get it over with.. I'm at a toss up of doing a Molecular stack of 2 bottles of ArA and Peak Beta+ or a Lecheek stack of MassHGH, AD3 PCT, Ampilean, and Hyper T2.. (yes they are completely different compounds)

If the Molecular nutrition X-factor OG is still on sale, that's the way to go in my opinion.
