I disagree with 5 and 6. I don't care what anyway says I'll always static stretch before squats or dead lifts. And too much time in the gym? Sounds like a commercial for the perfect ten minute body. You're in there for however long it takes to get through your workout. If you lift In lower reps higher weight you need more rest time so it may take longer. Who writes these articles?

if ur a newbie and spend more then 90minutes in the gym... then ur doing something wrong!!!
