Article: Coleus Forskohlii For Weight Loss

I have used Forskolii a few times. The highest we had at the shop was 400mg at 10% forskoliin. Noticed suppressed appetite, enhanced mood, and over just one bottle... a little more abs in the mirror! If your diet is already in check, it should certainly bolster your losses.
 
I take 50mg of Forskolin 95 a day based on the instructions on the label so i would need to greatly increase that to get these effects
 
I take a total of 100mg (AS forskolin-95). I take 50mg twice daily (Pre-workout, and pre-bed). This protocol has given me the best results thus far!
