That's 5 * 90 = 450mg for me. No Thanks - I can't even handle 100mg tablet, barely, but for those who can it's some good news.. but I'm not so sure going over 200mg per-work out is healthy?
Caffeine is beneficial but it's not harmless or mild. It's a xanthine and derivative of very strong CNS stimulants. It can lead to severe arrhythmia's among other things. If used safely and correctly it has some great benefits but to act like its benign is foolish.
