it doesn't matter. Just eat lots and lots of meat and good whole foods. As long as your meeting your macros and eating enough calories you should be good. There is a whole forum on here dedicated to nothing but bulking and nutrition. Check it out and read the threads.
You also might wanna pick up a used nutrition text book off amazon and learn you some basics first
Maybe give some information about yourself and start a thread and someone might be nice enough to lay out a diet plan for you. A traditional bulking meal will have some unnecessary fat and higher GI carbs. Its all about your goals.

Judging by the OPs name and his avi im assuming he is either in HS or a super-senior still stuck in his glorious past at the alma mater. I just figured he prolly hasnt picked up too many bad habbits yet so its better to get him eating himself sick on brow rice broccoli with cheese and steak instead of wasting tons of money on pre workouts and asking how many dbols or abombs he should take.
But knowledge is power. He should start a thread and try and learn his basics so that when people give him advice he will know what the heck theyre talking about.
Eat lots of healthy foods and make meats the foundation of your diet and fill in the cracks with carbs. If you ever get hungry-your not eating enough.
plain and simple.
