Article: Class Action Lawsuit For USP Over DMAA

Christ, it is Ephedra all over again. People stop abusing supplements and then sueing!

But it's not my fault I took 50mg of superdrol for 6 weeks while drinking a case of beer on the weekends! There should have been clearer warnings! LAWSUIT!!!!!

True.
Some lazy butt decides not to research things they put in their own body.
Or they take considerably more than recommended for longer than recommended.

And when damage comes it is the company's fault.

Do not get me wrong, there are many liars and deceivers in the supplement game.
But usually you hear about people getting no effect rather than bad effects.

I remember the guy who took havoc for about 6 months straight at a high dose and then wondered why his liver went boom.

Where does personal responsibility kick in.

Wounder when it will be time to start stocking up on jacked. If it works ban. I still can't believe novedex xt is banned. :(

Yep, either that or it is Joe Fatass that doesn't want to exercise and just pops a **** ton of pills.

So true. I have people at work and family always offering me junk food and sweets.
And they ask about my supplement regimen and will it get them in shape.
I say... yes, as long as you cut out most of the crap you are eating and do some daily exercise.

I stayed off supps for a year until I got my diet in check and by the time I started again it was just to refine and help maintain... and maybe if I want to let go and eat badly a couple of days this week I can pop some Na-Rala, Gymnema or some other parttioner/glucose controller and keep moving.
