Article: CLA For Fat Loss

I was sceptical about it when I purchased it. Didn't expect much if anything from it. CLA blew my mind there I was spending hundreds on fat burners for years...the best results had been with lipodrene. CLA is cheap but very effective at least for me at not only fat burning but as a mild anabolic agent. The later effect takes about a month to kick in. I used it with green tea extract and fish oil. Had it 3 times a day sometines twice a day. SAN makes a cla with 1250mg, the most potent. However it was pretty much the same as primaforces at 1000 mg. I took total two bottles one from each brand and 180 caps each. AWESOME. Supplement
 
i thought it was bunk, most people on ab think so
